Natural variations in dried fruit appearance (color, size, texture) are normal and expected.

3. Ordering & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases.

Prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans for recurring deliveries of our products. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the schedule you select.

• Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle — orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and are subject to our Return Policy

Shipping times and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for unopened products and free returns on damaged or defective items.
