At Moosa Nature, we stand behind the quality of our edible dried fruit teas. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

What Can Be Returned

• Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging
• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect orders

Return Shipping

• Changed your mind? You can return unopened products within 30 days; return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Damaged or defective item, for any reason? We pay for the return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@moosanature.com with your order number and reason. We will review within 1-2 business days and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, email us and the product must be unopened. No cancellation fees apply for subscriptions.
