Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $40 or more within the continental United States. For orders under $40, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States (48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are automatically shipped according to your selected frequency (every 2 weeks, monthly, or every 2 months). You will receive a shipping confirmation for each subscription shipment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Damaged or Lost Packages
