We want your Moosa Nature edible dried fruit teas to arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Shipping Rates
All delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once it ships.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping on orders $40+ applies to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and delivery may take additional transit time.
International shipping is not currently available. We are working on expanding to international markets. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we start shipping internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package in real time
- Estimated delivery date
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders ship automatically according to the schedule you selected (every 2 weeks, monthly, etc.). The same shipping rates and delivery times apply. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and/or product
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the photos
- We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost

Does Moosa Nature offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $40 or more within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is typically 4-9 business days.
Does Moosa Nature ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
