30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
What Can Be Returned
Because our products are consumable food items, the following conditions apply:
- Unopened products β Items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned for a full refund
- Damaged or defective items β If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or with a broken seal, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you
- Incorrect orders β If you received the wrong product or quantity, we will ship the correct items immediately and cover all return costs
Non-Returnable Items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Items purchased through third-party retailers
If you experience a quality issue with an opened product β unusual taste, discoloration, or packaging concerns β please contact us with photos and your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
How to Start a Return

- Receive confirmation β our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions
- Ship your return β pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship using the provided label or instructions
- Get your refund β once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items β we cover all return shipping costs and will email you a prepaid return label
- Change of mind / other reasons β return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing
- Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Want to swap your order for a different blend? We are happy to help. Email us at [email protected] and we will arrange the exchange. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Subscription Orders
If you have an active subscription with Moosa Nature:
- You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription anytime from your account page or by emailing us
- Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle β you will not be charged again
- Any orders already shipped are subject to this standard return policy
- No cancellation fees apply
