Mixed Berry MiMOOSA by Casablanca Cocktails

- 3 oz. Moosa Mixed Berries dried fruit blend
- 2 oz. Lyre’s Classico Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine
- ½ oz. Agave Syrup
- ¼ oz. Lime Juice
- 4-5 dashes All the Bitters Aromatic Bitters
Recipe
1. Steep 1 packet Mixed Berries dried fruit blend in 8 oz. hot water for 5-6 minutes.
2. Strain tea into a second container. (Keep the rehydrated fruit for later use in this recipe.)
3. Pour 3 oz. Mixed Berries fruit blend tea into shaker.
4. Add 4-5 dashes of bitters, ½ oz. agave, and ¼ oz. lime juice into shaker.
5. Add ice and shake until very cold. Strain cold mocktail into rehydrated fruit.
6. Discard ice.
7. Add the mocktail mix and the fruit into the cold shaker and shake.
8. Pour into champagne flute, and add 2 oz. sparkling wine to top of glass.
9. Garnish with a strawberry.
