Ingredients
- 2 sachets Moosa, Passion Blend (dried passion fruit and pineapple)

- Both sachets are used for infusion
- Leave a small piece of dried pineapple and passion fruit from one sachet aside for garnish
- 2 oz Bourbon or Whiskey (choose from the following recommendations):
- Bulleit Bourbon – Bold, spicy, and full of character.
- Woodford Reserve – Rich, with notes of dried fruit and vanilla.
- Buffalo Trace – Well-rounded, with hints of vanilla, caramel, and oak.
- Jameson Irish Whiskey – Smooth and light, with subtle fruitiness.
- Tullamore D.E.W. – Balanced with a light and rich flavor profile.
- 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup (or Simple Syrup for a lighter sweetness)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Big Ice Cube
- Garnish: A small piece of dried pineapple and passion fruit from the Moosa, Passion Blend sachet, placed on top inside the glass. You can eat the garnish (passion fruit and pineapple) after enjoying the drink!
Recipe
- Infuse the Moosa Blend: Steep both sachets of Moosa, Passion Blend (dried passion fruit and pineapple) in 2 oz of hot water (about 150°F/65°C) for 3-5 minutes, allowing the pineapple and passion fruit flavors to infuse. After steeping, discard the sachets and strain the liquid to remove any solids.
- Prepare the Cocktail: In a mixing glass, combine the whiskey or bourbon, Demerara syrup (or simple syrup), Moosa infusion, and bitters. Stir to mix and chill.
- Stir and Strain: Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail mixture over the ice.
- Garnish:Take a small piece of dried pineapple and passion fruit from one of the Moosa sachets and place it on top of the drink inside the glass as a garnish. Feel free to eat the garnish once you’ve enjoyed your drink!
